The Big Sur Food and Wine Festival is a celebration of the creative culinary arts and professional, intimate hospitality of this world-renowned region. The Big Sur Food and & Wine Festival will raise funds for Big Sur nonprofit organizations in the areas of Health, Safety and Education. Featuring an Opening Night: Gateway to Big Sur at the famed Highlands Inn on Thursday 11/4, this event is small, intimate, and a showcase for some of California's finest wines and the Peninsula's great chefs. Present will be the likes of Gary Pisoni, Paul Draper of Ridge, Justin Baldwin of Justin, Dan Lee of Morgan, and so many others. Come for Hiking With Stemware on a private property, or simply enjoy stunning winemaker dinners, or perhaps join the festival staff at the Grand Public tasting at the Henry Miller Library! Featuring 20+ wineries and 10 talented chefs, this will be a loving remembrance of the Masters of Food and Wine. Following this extravaganza, the "greatest wine and food event in the known universe" continues in the glorious scenery of Big Sur.
