As a leader, you are called upon to lead yourself and others through the change process.

Do you have the tools you need’ How do you maximize the gifts of our leadership style and minimize the limitations’ Versatility is one of the keys to effective change leadership.

In these challenging and stressful times, it’s even more important for us to deepen our capacity to act with presence, purpose and awareness as we discover the relationship between self-mastery, empowerment and leadership.

    In this workshop you will:
    - Identify your leadership style, the strengths and challenges.
    - Develop a deeper understanding of your role as a change leader, and the characteristics of effective change leadership.
    - Learn valuable communication (verbal and non-verbal) skills, which can be applied to individual and team interactions while navigating change.
    - Develop your own personal leadership “tool kit.”
    - Explore practical applications of what you are learning, working together in pairs and small groups.
