The Marina Foundation

MISSION
The mission of The Marina Foundation is to give scholarships and/or grants to deserving Marina residents, to support education programs that benefit Marina students, and to support financially those organizations and events that benefit the community.

OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to give annual financial grants and/or scholarships to Marina residents for the purposes of continuing their pursuit of education and/or furthering their knowledge and participation in extracurricular activities including music, arts or sports. Grants may also be awarded for a specific elementary, middle or high school program that would benefit a specific class (example: a class field trip to a science museum). In addition, grants may be awarded to programs that benefit students before or after school. These may include but are not limited to music, art or sports programs.

WHY DONATE TO THE MARINA FOUNDATION?
Our objective is to give annual financial grants and/or scholarships to Marina residents for the purposes of continuing their pursuit of Donations will stay in Marina and be used for Marina programs. The Marina Foundation’s focus is on giving to programs for youth, teens, and seniors.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
Currently The Marina Foundation has three ways for you to donate to Marina programs: 1) the General Fund; 2) the Don Livermore Scholarship for Marina High School; and 3) one that you can specify. Please ask us how you can help. We are always looking for new ideas and ways to benefit our community.
